27th July 2016 in News

Welcome, & thanks for visiting! 🙂

We’re very pleased to release our new website detailing our charitable operations in The Gambia as well as our FUNdraising shenanigans back home in the UK!

We have some great stories from our trip to Gambia back in January &  a number of exciting developments going on this year which we can’t wait to tell all of you lovely people!

The GMF’s current goals for 2016:

  • Collect enough medical equipment & supplies to fill a shipping container to Gambia in early 2017. (Plus anything a baby or mother might want or find useful!)
  • Establish ourselves as an exiting new grass roots charity.
  • Put on our second large annual fundraiser, Big in The Gambia in late November.

***Some important dates for the diary:***

October the 22nd: The GMF will be giving a talk about it’s time in The Gambia in January along with information about it’s direction, aims & Q & A.

October the 29th: Team GMF & their friends Legs4Africa are running the Rocksolid obstacle course in Milton Keynes.

November the 26th: BIG IN THE GAMBIA @ THE STATION, BRISTOL!!! More details to follow soon…
